Terms of use

These terms apply when you use tablefifty.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

TableFifty is a free guide that shows restaurant, pub, takeaway and grocery deals from other companies (for example First Table, EatClub, TheFork, Deliveroo) and links you to them.
We don't sell meals, take bookings or take payments. When you book or order, you deal with that platform or restaurant, under their terms and prices.
TableFifty is not linked to, or approved by, these platforms or restaurants unless we say so.

We check deals every day, but offers, prices, opening times and menus change and can end without notice. Always check the details on the platform before you book.
Descriptions, scores, photos and "Perfect for" tags come from public sources (the restaurant's own website, First Table, EatClub, TheFork, the MICHELIN Guide) and from TableFifty users. We try hard to keep them right, but we can't promise every detail is correct.
Distances are straight-line estimates. Directions open in Google Maps.

Some links are affiliate links: if you book or order after clicking, the platform may pay us a commission. Your price stays the same.
Paid placements (such as "Spotlight") and affiliate links are labelled Ad. Paying never changes a restaurant's TableFifty Score.

Accounts are free and optional, for people aged 13 or over. Keep your sign-in email secure.
Your food diary is private. Star ratings count once per person per place and must be honest and your own: no fake ratings, no rating your own business or a competitor.
Only upload photos you took or have the right to use, and nothing illegal, offensive or showing other people without their permission.
You keep the rights to your photos and notes. You let us store and show them to you so the diary works.
We may remove content or close an account that breaks these terms, for example fake ratings or abuse.

Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security, copy the site's data in bulk, or use bots to inflate likes, ratings or clicks.
The TableFifty name, logo, design and our written content belong to us. Restaurant names, logos and photos belong to their owners.

TableFifty is provided free and "as it is". We aren't responsible for a meal, booking, order, refund or anything else that happens between you and a platform or restaurant.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. If a change matters for account holders, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
